ZKB FRANKLY LAUNCH CAMPAIGN

With the new Frankly app, ZKB empowers Swiss citizens to take control of their private pension provision. The campaign was conceived as a digital first awareness and activation initiative, encouraging people to manage their own retirement planning rather than entrust it to others. Every touchpoint from display, social, TV, print and cinema ads to out of home was optimized for how people engage online.
The customer journey was designed to be highly tailored. Users encountered the app’s benefits multiple times through retargeted and customized online ads and were guided to personalized landing pages that addressed their specific needs.
Working with director Bart Timmer, the campaign also featured three striking film spots that drove home the message: don’t let just anyone handle your pension portfolio.
